Yes, awesome customer service! I placed an order and realized a day later that there was something wrong with my order. So I contacted the seller immediately. The customer service staff went out of their way to help me, even though I had to contact the factory first to see if changes could be made. They contacted me promptly and directly and were very patient and friendly throughout the process. They got it done and I got exactly the doll I wanted! I will 100% come back when I need a new doll
